1.Đối tượng phục vụ: áp tải tiền, hàng hóa đặc biệt
2.Yêu cầu:
Yêu cầu về nghiệp vụ: tất cả các nhân viên được tham gia vào đội bảo vệ áp tải tiền, hàng hóa đặc biệt phải đáp ứng được các yêu cầu về nghiệp vụ như sau:
- Đã qua lớp đào tạo võ thuật cơ bản.
- Đã qua lớp đào tạo bảo vệ mục tiêu di động của NDS.
- Đã qua lớp đào tạo giải quyết các sự cố trong bảo vệ mục tiêu di động.
- Biết sử dụng các công cụ hỗ trợ chuyên dụng như: gậy sắt, roi điện, gậy sáng điều phối xe.
- Độ tuổi từ 25 – 40 tuổi, và đáp ứng được các tiêu chí riêng về ngoại hình của NDS.
- Xây dựng phương án áp tải tiền, hàng hóa đặc biệt thật chi tiết và tỉ mỹ. Tính toán thời gian đi và về hết bao nhiêu, các khu vực nhạy cảm cần chú ý, lực lượng hỗ trợ khi có sự cố, phương án giải quyết các sự cố có thể xảy ra…
Hỗ trợ an ninh khách hàng trong giao dịch tiền tệ
Yêu cầu về trang phục: Áo chống đâm, nón chống bạo động.
Yêu cầu về công cụ hỗ trợ: trang bị các công cụ hỗ trợ chuyên dụng cho loại hình bảo vệ sự kiện như: gậy sắt, roi điện, áo chống đâm, mũ chống bạo động, bộ đàm chuyên dụng, gậy sáng điều phối giao thông, camera hành trình…
3.Bảng mô tả công việc chung
- Bảo vệ an toàn tuyệt đối cho hàng hóa từ khâu giao nhận đến quá trình vận chuyển, không để cho các đối tượng tội phạm xâm hại hoặc làm hư hỏng mất mát.
- Quá trình vận chuyển phải đảm bảo giữ được nguyên mẫu mã và niêm phong kẹp chì trong quá trình vận chuyển.
- Giữ bí mật không được tiết lộ tên hàng, số lượng, thời gian xuất phát, thời gian mà hàng hóa đến nơi.
- Lực lượng bảo vệ được chia làm 2 tốp: một tốp bảo vệ chính cho áp tải tiền và hàng hóa đặc biệt, một tốp ngụy trang làm người đi đường để hỗ trợ kịp thời khi có sự cố.
- Nhân viên bảo vệ phải quan sát xung quanh trước khi di chuyển và không cách quá xa mục tiêu cần áp tải.
- Vận chuyển phải đúng lộ trình trong kế hoạch, không được thay đổi tùy tiên.
- Không chỉ đề phòng trộm cắp mà phải an tòan không rách, vỡ bể.
- Bốc xếp hàng cần phải có sự giám sát của người có trách nhiệm theo đúng kế hoạch.
- Yêu cầu lực lượng phải có được điện thoại liên lực của các cơ quan chính quyền địa phương nơi mà việc áp tải tiền, hàng hóa đặc biệt đi qua. Để hỗ trợ khi cần thiết.
- Thời gian làm việc
- Thời gian làm việc của nhân viên bảo vệ tùy thuộc vào yêu cầu của khách hàng, yêu cầu của vận chuyển hàng hóa, áp tải tiền.
- Thời gian cung cấp dịch vụ: 2 – 3 ngày
- Thông tin khác
- Luôn luôn khảo sát và xây dựng phương án bảo vệ riêng cho từng sự kiện áp tải tiền, hàng hóa đặc biệt.
- Hỗ trợ miễn phí các khoản bảo hiểm cho nhân viên, bảo hiểm rủi ro nghề nghiệp, chỉ huy đội, đội cơ động, đội kiểm tra chất lượng…
- Để ưu ái và đứng về quyền lợi của khách hàng, Công ty bảo vệ Ngày & Đêm đã mua bảo hiểm trách nhiệm nghề nghiệp và dân sự trị giá 5.000.000.000 đ của Công ty bảo hiểm dầu khí Việt Nam. Chính vì thế, khi có bất kỳ mất mát nào về tài sản thuộc về lỗi của nhân viên bảo vệ đều có sự tham gia của bên thứ ba (bảo hiểm). Khách hàng sẽ yên tâm về việc đền bù các thiệt hại tài sản.
- Giá sàn cho dịch vụ này là 150.000 đ/01 người/01 giờ, và có thể tăng lên tùy theo tính chất của sự kiện, địa điểm và yêu cầu của khách hàng.
- Doanh thu từ dịch vụ này chiếm 5% tổng doanh thu hàng năm của Công ty Ngày & Đêm.
